John Marshall High School Reviews

Great teachers, great school!I learned so much there.

I am a foster parent of a youth who is very bright and capable but suffers from severe anxiety to the point of wanting to withdraw from life. The teachers and administration at John Marshall have given her the security and dignity she needs to be able to attend to her education. Marshall has 6 different programs ranging from Alternative (similar to Summit or Nova) to a Teen Parenting program, Re-Entry/Behavior Modification, and Night School for graduation completion. The teachers specialize in mainstreaming, whether the youth are in need of special education environments and supports, or behavior modification, the goal is to allow them to get back to a normalized social environment. Students move at a pace that works for them from high-needs programs to the alternative school program or out to other schools when they are ready.
